- The address you rent and the date you want coverage to begin.
- Any insurance requirements in your lease, including liability limits and proof instructions.
- An estimate of your belongings and any items that may need special treatment.
- The people who need coverage and whether you have roommates or pets.
- Any other information the provider requests, answered accurately.
Plan for your apartment’s proof requirements
Ask your apartment community which document it needs, where it should be sent, and when it is due. Check whether its name and address must appear as an interested party or additional interest. After purchasing, confirm delivery and acceptance with the provider and apartment community. This website does not currently send proof of insurance.
